Sushi burgers at Sushi Jo
When we were thinking about how to spice up the classic sushi menu at Sushi Jo, we thought – why not try sushi in a different form? And that’s how our sushi burgers were created. It’s not just an ordinary burger, but an idea that combines two popular cuisines on one plate. A little bit of Japan, a little bit of street food vibe, but together something that you simply enjoy.

If you’re expecting a classic burger in a bun, you’ll be surprised. The base is rice, shaped into a delicate “bun” that holds everything else together nicely. Inside? Fresh salmon, tuna, avocado, crispy vegetables… and sauces that take it all to a completely different level.
Do you like lighter combinations? Go for the shrimp and lettuce option. Want something more substantial? Our spicy sushi burger with tuna and chili mayonnaise is waiting for you there. And yes, a vegetarian option is of course also on the table – without meat, but still great.
